Access to coffee laboratory equipment, roast plant products and new technologies, is an important function of CIX.

New sample and shop/ cafe roasters, manufactured in Italy by DIP, are available
in 1 kg and 2.5 kg models. These roasters are fully scaled-down commercial drum roasters, solid and manufactured from quality components.

Operating on standard single phase electricity (no gas), they allow full 'roast profiling', cooling and chaff collection, within the roaster structure. A highly flexible roaster, suitable for a broad variety of applications.
